The Little Sketching CO began as an escape: it was a way for me to live out my dream of traveling, seeing parts of the world, even in a time when I didn’t have the means to get up and go.
The heart behind the sketches were drawn from connection: connecting to places, to people, and to cultures.
As time went on, it evolved as a way to bring joy into the lives of those around me. People began to request places that were special to them, be it a childhood home or a favorite travel memory. Sketching became a way to love on those around me, and to bring light into their days.
Currently, the work has evolved from travel-specific to encompassing all the simple beauty of life. My heart is to capture simple moments—the love and the loss that comes along with being a human.
